HQ MEMBERSHIP FAQ

GENERAL
How can I join the HQ Membership Program? By completing an application form during club trading hours or at HQ reception, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
Where can I get an application form? The application form is available at the HQ store, HQ reception or downloaded online . Alternatively, we can post it out to you by contacting reception on (08) 7221 1245 or email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ).
Can I refund my membership? HQ Individual Memberships are strictly non-refundable as outlined in the terms and conditions.
How can I change my membership details e.g. contact details etc? You can do this in writing to the following address:

How long does my membership last for? HQ Memberships are valid for 12 months form the date of commencement subject to the HQ Membership Terms & Conditions.
Can I resign my membership? Yes, you can resign your membership, however the Membership Fee is non-refundable.
Can I use my membership card as a form of ID for entry? No. Current photo ID for entry is required as normal for entry to HQ.
How can I redeem my Birthday Gift? Members must book their birthday gift a minimum of 10 days prior to the date the member wishes to receive their birthday gift. This can be done by phoning HQ reception on (08) 7221 1245 and quoting their name, membership number and type of membership. The birthday gift once validated can be picked up at the HQ Store on the specified night. Guest names for your birthday will be on the express entry door list.
What is the HQ Membership Competition? The HQ Membership competition will be held quarterly and all relevant members will be automatically placed in the draw. Competition winners are announced via email or post and the winners can collect their prize from the cloakroom once available. Prizes will range from sponsor vouchers to merchandise, dinner and accommodation packages, and event tickets.

Can my membership be terminated or suspended by HQ Complex? Yes. Please refer to the HQ Membership Terms and Conditions for details.

SPONSORS & DISCOUNTS How can I access the discounts available from the sponsors of the HQ Membership Program? Simply present your HQ Membership Card upon making a purchase at the sponsor outlet or quote your membership details when booking is required to receive a benefit.

MEMBERSHIP CARD
I’ve lost my card or it has been stolen! You will need to complete a Replacement Card Application form available from the cloakroom immediately upon realization of the lost or stolen card, and submit it along with your Replacement Card fee of $25. Your card will remain active until you notify HQ Membership representative of the lost or stolen card or the above mentioned form has been completed and lodged with the HQ Membership representative. At this time, your membership card will be suspended for use (but without effect to the membership term) and delivery of your replacement card will only take effect when the replacement card fee has been paid in full.
**Please Note: HQ Complex is in no way responsible for the fraudulent use of your HQ Membership Card and therefore any unauthorised use of your lost/stolen card is solely at the cardholders risk. Any points redeemed fraudulently are non-refundable.
Can I put money on my card? Yes! The cards also functions as a debit card so you can go to the cloakroom and use EFTPOS or cash to purchase HQ credit, and can be spent in the venue directly. This way, you can determine how much you wish to spend on the night in advance or help curb those of you who tend to ‘overspend’!
Why do I swipe my card? You swipe your card to ensure you accrue HQ points for rewards redemption and also to put you in the draw for the various prize offers that will be run each week through the DOORMAN.
When do I swipe my card? You should swipe your card every time you spend money at HQ, which could be over the bar or upon entry (depending on your level of membership). In addition, to enter the nightly prize draws you should swipe your HQ member card at the DOORMAN (located right next to the cloakroom) as you enter the venue and you’ll be rewarded with 5 HQ points as a bonus.
DOORMAN
What is the DOORMAN? The DOORMAN is your contact point for determining how many HQ points you have accrued as well as entering the draws for the various nightly giveaways. All you need to do is to swipe your card at the DOORMAN to register you entry or to view your points balance.
