What is the HQ loyalty system?

It's a rewards program that is designed to give you something back for your ongoing patronage at HQ. It's similar to most rewards systems where you accrue points based on every dollar you spend in the venue.

How do I accrue points?

HQ points are accrued when you spend money at HQ. You earn 5 HQ points for every $1 spent. HQ points are redeemable for prizes once the member has earned 1000 points or more.

What rewards could I be eligible for?

The redemption of HQ points for rewards are based on the following levels:

Points - Prize to be redeemed:

1,000 - 1 x free drink voucher

2,000 - 1 x free CD/T-Shirt/Hat

4,000 - 2 x free HQ special events tickets

5,000 - 1 x $50 sponsor voucher or HQ voucher

7,500 - 1 x $75 sponsor voucher or HQ voucher

10,000 - 1 x $100 sponsor voucher or HQ voucher

25,000 - 1 x $250 sponsor voucher or HQ voucher

NOTE: All prizes are subject to availability at the time of redemption.

What happens when I redeem loyalty points?

Once you wish to redeem your loyalty points for a prize, your points balance will be reduced by the points redeemed.
