Guidelines

All Memberships are non-refundable.

All Members must be over 18 years of age.

Term of Membership

Membership cards will be valid for one year from the date joined or paid in full.

Member Card

A membership card will be issued in the name of the member and is non-transferable under any circumstances. This means that no person other than the person to whom the membership card is issued, may use the membership card. (Except corporate memberships, where the business can offer the member card to employees and guests.)

For each new member card replaced, the member will be responsible for a $25 replacement fee.

Dress Code

HQ Management and/or its representatives reserve the right to refuse entry to HQ and the subsequent use of the HQ Membership Card to anyone dressed inappropriately to enter the complex.

Resignation, Suspension and Termination of Membership

A member may resign his/her membership by informing HQ Complex in writing of his/her resignation, but the member will not receive any portion of the membership fee in return.

A membership may be suspended or terminated by management if:

• The member permits his/her member card to be used by anyone other than the designated holder (corporate membership excluded)
• A member sells the privileges of membership to a non-member
• Exhibits unsatisfactory behavior
• Failure to pay any amount owed on membership card
• Treats the personnel or employees in an unreasonable or abusive manner
• Failure to meet the repayment plan for membership under a lay-by plan

– Note: any payments already made are forfeited by the patron.

Non-transferability of Membership

No member may transfer a membership by sale, gift or otherwise, voluntary or involuntarily except in Corporate memberships whereby employees and guest of that business can use the card.

Etiquette

Members and their guests shall maintain proper decorum at all times. Management reserves the right to ask a member and/or his/her guests to leave if (a) their behavior, language or attire, is deemed inappropriate (b) their actions or conduct interferes with the enjoyment of the other members and their guests (c) possession of Illegal drugs.

Mailing Address

The HQ Membership representative must be notified in writing of a change in any personal details relating to an individuals membership to ensure all correspondence reaches the member.

Liability of Personal Belongings

HQ Complex is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.

Amendment to Rules

HQ Complex management reserves the right to amend or modify the HQ Membership terms and conditions at any time but will notify members via email, sms or mail.

Conditions of membership

You must always present membership card to be able to receive any benefits or offers attached to the membership.

Membership card cannot be used at any time as a form of ID.

Membership discounts or special offers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Membership does not mean immediate entry; all rules and regulation of HQ Complex still apply to members (Management reserves the right to refuse entry).

Member Updates

Members will receive regular correspondence from the membership team with upcoming concert, sponsor offers, event information and other information pertaining to the membership program.

Sponsor Discounts

Members will receive discounts at sponsor stores, outlets upon presentation of their HQ Membership card, ID may be asked by the sponsors outlet to verify you are the owner of the card

Birthday Gift

Members must book their birthday gift a minimum of 10 days prior to the date a members wishes to receive their birthday gift by phoning HQ reception on 72211255 and quoting their name, membership number and type of membership. The birthday gift will then be available at the cloakroom on the specified night.

HQ Members Competition

HQ Membership competition will be held quarterly and all relevant members will be automatically placed in the draw. The winners will be announced via email or post and subsequently send their prize.

HQ Quarterly Gift for VIP Members

The allocated gift for VIP Members will be send via post to the address given by the member on a quarterly basis.

Function Discounts for VIP Members

When booking a function using your allocated discount, the members must quote their membership name as on the card, membership number and type of membership to receive their allocated discount. The card must be presented on payment.
